Q: How does IMF handle food allergies?
A: IM Foods takes it's corporate and commercial responsibilities very seriously, and works closely with both it's suppliers and Government agencies to ensure that all products supplied by IMF are of the highest quality and meet all relevant food safety standards. As a wholesaler of third party products IMF does not process nor slaughter any of it's products directly. As such we assume that any and all products supplied to us by third party companies adhere to any and all food safety legislation which must included, where required, suitable and accurate labelling and warnings with regard to food allergy advice.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Once you have looked through our extensive list of the freshest products you can either call us with your requirements or e-mail your order to us.
Q: Payment and Shipping
A: If you have a credit account with us then your order will simply be added to your account and you will be invoiced in the usual way. If you don't have an account you may pay by credit card over the phone when you call with your order.
Once your order has been picked and packed it will be delivered via our own drivers in a refridgerated vehicle to ensure the produce reaches you in the best possible conditions.
Q: Secure ordering & payment options
A: Your order is placed with one of our own staff members (we do not operate a call centre) and the order and payment details are kept securely within our organisation and are not shared with any third party companies.
Q: Returns & refunds
A: If you are unhappy with any aspect of an order which has been delivered please call us immediately to discuss the matter and if necessary we will arrange a return and refund (terms & conditions apply).
